Our hope is that you will choose us to help you and give you the benefit of our wide claims experience gained over more than 10 years (1999 to 2011) in handling referrals from a national claims helpline which covered clients and accidents over the whole of the North of Scotland.
We have an unusually high level of experience and expertise in personal injury law for a rural firm of solicitors.
Peter Brash is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Personal Injury Law. Peter and his colleague, Marie Morrison, are accredited by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) as Senior Litigators. The next nearest specialists with the same accreditation are in Inverness and Aberdeen.
The Elgin office of Grigor & Young has corporate accreditation from APIL. Fewer than 5 Scottish law firms hold corporate accredition from APIL.
