Sharon Thomson, our Estate Agency Manager, leads our Property Sales team. She has worked from the Elgin office of Grigor & Young since and gained wide-ranging experience, including Management and Hospitality, before joining this firm. She has lived in Moray all her life, so probably knows the area as well as anyone.
Grigor & Young’s property team will:
- Visit your property to discuss valuation, marketing and advertising strategy
- Recommend any house/property doctoring
- Take photographs and measurements for preparation of schedules
- Draft schedules for your approval
- Enter details on our website, and display in our premises and at selected external display sites
- Register your property with RightMove and Zoopla and organise displays
- Offer advice about specific target marketing, if appropriate
- Coordinate or conduct viewings as required
- Receive any offers and arrange Closing Dates
- Process sale documents
- Keep you informed of all developments at all times.
