Powers of Attorney
We would encourage you to make a Will to simplify matters in the event of your death. Making a Will shows consideration for those dearest to you.
At the same time as making a Will, however, we would urge you to consider granting a Power of Attorney to safeguard against the possibility of having an accident or an illness which affects your ability to manage your personal or business affairs.
How we can help
Our team at Grigor & Young will:
- Explain the implications of granting a Power of Attorney
- Draft a Power of Attorney taking into account the extent and nature of powers relevant in each case
- Advise on the implications of an Enduring Power of Attorney and a Welfare Power of Attorney
